Why Paeonia Bloch

Two European cryogenics makers, one local team

Paeonia Bloch brings Kiutra cryostats and Delft Circuits cryogenic wiring to laboratories in Singapore and the ASEAN region, and stays with the system after it is installed.

What we do

Paeonia Bloch is a Singapore company that distributes two product lines for low-temperature research: Kiutra cryostats, which reach sub-kelvin temperatures by magnetic cooling without helium-3, and Delft Circuits Cri/oFlex® flexible cryogenic wiring, which carries signals from room temperature down to the coldest stage of a cryostat.

For a research group in ASEAN, buying either directly means quotations in another time zone, import paperwork, and a service contact eight hours away. We take that part on: we scope the configuration with you and the manufacturer, quote in the region, handle delivery, support the installation and stay the first call when something needs attention.

We are part of the Paeonia Group and work from Paeonia Place, 159 Kampong Ampat, Singapore.

What we do

What working with a local distributor changes

Configuration before quotation

We go through the experiment, the temperature and the sample space with you first, and bring the manufacturer in on the questions only they can answer.

Quotation in the region

One quotation covering the system, the options, delivery and installation support, from a company in your region.

Import and logistics

Shipping, customs and delivery to the lab are ours to arrange, so the system arrives as a project, not a parcel.

Installation support

We are on site with the manufacturer's guidance when the system is commissioned, and we hand over to your team.

Service in your time zone

Questions, troubleshooting and service go to people working the same hours you do, who escalate to the manufacturer when needed.

Cooling and wiring together

A cryostat and the wiring inside it are one engineering problem. We cover both, so the line count, heat load and connectors are planned together.

How it works

From first question to a running system

The usual path for a research group. Each step can start wherever you already are.

  1. 01

    Describe the experiment

The temperature you need, how long you need to hold it, the sample, and whether you need optical or electrical access.

  2. 02

    Configuration and quotation

We propose the cryostat and wiring configuration, send the manufacturer's datasheets, then a formal quotation for your purchasing process.

  3. 03

    Delivery and installation

We arrange shipping and import, then support commissioning in your lab.

  4. 04

    Support after handover

Training, troubleshooting and service, with the manufacturer behind us.
