- Shipping, import and delivery to the laboratory.
- Installation and commissioning support, following the manufacturer's procedure.
- Training for the people who will run the system day to day.
- First-line troubleshooting in your time zone, and escalation to the manufacturer.
- Spare parts, upgrades and additional wiring as the experiment grows.
Warranty and service terms follow the manufacturer's conditions and are set out in each quotation.
Why it matters for a cryogen-free system
Kiutra systems use a closed-cycle cryocooler, with magnetic cooling for the sub-kelvin stage, so there is no liquid helium to order and no helium-3 to source. That removes the largest running cost and supply risk of a traditional sub-kelvin setup, and it makes the remaining support question simple: who do you call when you need help. In ASEAN, the answer is us.
