Who we are

This website is operated by Universal Analytical Technology Pte Ltd (UEN 202438402H), trading as Paeonia Bloch, at 159 Kampong Ampat, #01-02, Paeonia Place, Singapore 368328. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Paeonia Bloch.

We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we handle your data on the basis of your consent and of our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry, request a quotation or request a datasheet, we collect the details you enter: typically your name, organisation, email address, phone number and a description of your experiment. Datasheet requests ask for an institutional or company email address.

Information collected automatically. Our web server records standard technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. This website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. It sets cookies and receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type; we do not use it to identify you, and we do not use advertising cookies. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before analytics cookies are set; everyone else can decline them in the cookie bar, and anyone can change their choice at any time in cookie settings.

We do not collect special categories of personal data through this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

What we use it for

Responding to your enquiry, sending the document you requested, and following up on it.
Preparing a configuration or quotation, which may involve sharing the technical detail of your enquiry with the manufacturer (Kiutra or Delft Circuits).
Keeping the website secure and working.
Meeting our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else sees it

We use third-party services to run the website and to communicate with you, and your data passes through them: our website hosting provider and our email delivery provider. Each processes data on our instructions. Where an enquiry concerns a manufacturer's product, we may share its technical detail with that manufacturer in order to answer it, and we will tell you when that is the case. Both manufacturers are based in the European Union.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and then no longer than our legal obligations require.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can withdraw consent to being contacted at any time. Write to cs@paeoniabloch.com and we will respond within the time the PDPA allows.
